    （二）主要研究方向

    本实验室主要运用细胞生物学，生物化学和生物物理学等研究方法，从分子与细胞水平上集中开展细胞增殖与分裂的分子调控机制与潜在药物研发：（1）Hippo信号通路的分子互作与信号转导，及其调控细胞增殖与肿瘤发生的分子机制，并针对Hippo通路核心调控分子进行先导化合物的筛选；（2）染色体动粒（Kinetochore）与纺锤体检验点（Spindle Checkpoint）在染色体分离过程中的分子机制，及其在基因组稳定性（Genome Maintenance）与非整倍体（Aneuploidy）形成中的调控机理。
